Como is a beautiful city located near the Swiss-Italian border and at the southern western tip of Lake Como. Its historical centre is famous because still reflects the plan of the Roman foundation wanted by Julius Cesar and for its medieval walls. The Cathedral enchants passers by admiring the white marbles, the numerous statues, and the harmonious fusion of various architectural styles from gothic to baroque.
It is wonderful to walk along the narrow streets and stop to admire two characteristic squares,the most beloved by residents and tourists: Piazza Volta, that reminds about one of the most
illustrious physicist of the world, and Piazza San Fedele, that contains the history and the art of the past centuries.

Passeggiata serale per il centro storico cittadino, con partenza dalla Cattedrale, lungo le caratteristiche viuzze, sino a Piazza Volta ed a Piazza San Fedele, accompagnati dalle spiegazioni della guida per apprezzare la città con una “luce diversa”.
